Troubleshooting AirFly connectivity issues 🛜Updated 22 days ago

Most commonly, this is a matter of charging and/or properly syncing the wireless headphones or AirPods. These issues are generally very easy to fix. 


To troubleshoot:


1. Reset your wireless headphones or AirPods.

2. Turn off Bluetooth on any nearby devices, including your cell phone. This is important because AirPods have a strong propensity to pair with Apple products, and won’t break an established Bluetooth connection to pair with the AirFly.

2. Ensure your AirFly is in Transmit (TX) mode, if applicable.

3. Ensure your AirFly Pro is not connected to power

4. Reset your AirFly.

5. Finally, try to pair the devices 
*(If using AirPods, continue to hold the button down. It can take just a moment longer for the second AirPod to pair, so continue holding the button for just a couple of seconds after the light on the AirPods case indicates they’re paired.)
