How do I troubleshoot and pair my AirFly product with my AirPods or other Bluetooth headphones?Updated 2 months ago

Most commonly, this is a matter of charging and/or properly syncing the headphones or AirPods. To troubleshoot:

1. Reset your headphones or AirPods.

2. Turn off Bluetooth on any nearby devices, including your cell phone. This is important because AirPods have a strong propensity to pair with Apple products, and won’t break an established Bluetooth connection to pair with the AirFly.

2. Ensure your AirFly is in Transmit (TX) mode.

3. Ensure your AirFly Pro is not connected to power

4. Reset your AirFly by turning it on and holding down the Power button on the side for 5-10 seconds. You’ll know it’s been successfully reset when the AirFly begins blinking white and amber (pairing mode).

5. Finally, try to pair the devices but continue to hold the button down on the AirPods. It can take just a moment longer for the second AirPod to pair, so continue holding the button for just a couple of seconds after the light on the AirPods case indicates they’re paired.
