Use the original packaging.
PowerCapsule must be returned in the original packaging with all factory-applied labels and stickers intact, exactly as delivered.
Do not remove or alter any labels.
The outer carton includes required lithium ion battery markings that communicate compliance to carriers. Removing these labels can result in shipment refusal.
If packaging or labels were discarded:
