No, AirFly devices cannot be used for two-way communication.

AirFly allows you to wirelessly transmit audio from any device with a 3.5mm headphone jack to your Bluetooth headphones or AirPods. However, it does not support audio input, meaning it cannot send audio back to the connected device. 

This makes it unsuitable for tasks that require two-way communication, like making calls, chatting with a microphone, or using it with gaming systems.
