When will I receive my tracking number?Updated a year ago

Your tracking number will be emailed in the evening when the order is shipped.  Orders submitted before 2 PM Eastern Time (U.S.) on business days will generally ship the same day.  Orders submitted after 2 PM Eastern Time (U.S.) on business days, on weekends, and on U.S. holidays will generally ship the following business day NO MATTER WHICH SHIPPING METHOD IS SELECTED.
 
Please note: It may take up to 24 hours after a package is shipped for the tracking number to be active on the carrier's website.
