What should I do if I have not received my refund for a returned item?Updated 15 days ago

If it has been more than 10 business days since you shipped a returned item back to us, and you have not received a refund yet, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with the details of your return. 

Please include the tracking number provided to you in the return portal that shows it was received by us. There may be a delay in our system, but we will make sure to process your refund manually if necessary and confirm the same via email.
