Refund to Original Payment Method
You may return any item(s) purchased from directly from TwelveSouth.com for a refund within 30 days of purchase. A prepaid return label will be provided for you and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. Any shipping fees associated with your original order will not be refunded. Items purchased from authorized Twelve South resellers should be returned to the reseller according to their individual return policy.
Warranty Replacements
Our products come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. If your product is outside of the original return window, you may submit a warranty claim for a replacement. Authorized Resellers
You can purchase a variety of Twelve South products from our Authorized Resellers, both in-store and online. We can only offer warranty replacements, not refunds, for products purchased from these resellers. Any full refund returns will need to be made through the designated reseller and in accordance with their return policy.

Holiday Return Policy
The 30-day return and exchange policy will be extended for the holidays. Orders submitted November 14th through December 14th will have until January 14th to request a Return Authorization. Please note that these returns must reach our warehouse by January 31st to receive a refund.
