What if my 2nd Day or Next Day Air shipment arrives late?Updated a year ago

Expedited (2nd Day and Next Day Air) orders placed prior to 2 PM Eastern Time on business days will ship the same day, and those placed after 2 PM on business days, on weekends, and on holidays will ship the following business day.  If Next Day Air is selected, delivery can be anticipated before 8 PM on the next business day after shipping.  If 2nd Day Air is selected, delivery can be anticipated before 8 PM on the second business day after shipping. 

If 2nd Day or Next Day delivery is selected but the order arrives late because we fail to ship it on time, we will refund the amount you paid for expedited shipping.  If your order is delivered late by the carrier despite being shipped on time, and there are no extenuating circumstances such as inclement weather or other 'acts of God', please contact Customer Support. We'll be happy to investigate this with the carrier and assist you with a shipping refund, if appropriate.*

US Holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays are not business days and are not counted when calculating shipping or delivery.

Orders shipped via FedEx Ground or Free Economy Shipping are not guaranteed to ship or deliver on any specific day, thus no shipping refund or other accommodation will be possible.
 
*Please note that in the case of circumstances beyond their control (such as inclement weather or other "acts of God"), neither FedEx, USPS, DHL nor Twelve South can guarantee on-time delivery. In these rare cases, shipping refunds cannot be issued no matter which shipping option is selected.
