Customers have 30 minutes after placing an order to edit, update, or cancel the order. After this time, Twelve South will not be able to correct or change the delivery address for an order.
For orders shipping outside of the U.S., please track your package on www.fedex.com or www.dhl.com and after the first unsuccessful delivery attempt, contact the carrier in your country to provide them with the correct address.
