May I change the delivery address for my package?Updated a year ago
Twelve South will not be able to correct or change the delivery address for an order once it has been shipped.
For orders shipping outside of the U.S., please track your package on www.fedex.com or www.dhl.com and after the first unsuccessful delivery attempt, contact the carrier in your country to provide them with the correct address.
Please note: If you contact us within 10 minutes of the order being submitted, we will do our best to assist you with an address correction, however, we ship very quickly so we are not able to guarantee an address change. After 10 minutes from the submission of the order, an address change or correction will not be possible, nor will we be able to cancel or intercept the package for you.
