May I change the delivery address for my package?Updated 5 days ago

Twelve South will not be able to correct or change the delivery address for an order once it has been shipped. 

 For orders shipping outside of the U.S., please track your package on www.fedex.com or www.dhl.com and after the first unsuccessful delivery attempt, contact the carrier in your country to provide them with the correct address.

Please note: Twelve South ships very quickly, so we cannot accommodate address changes after an order has been placed, nor will we be able to cancel or intercept the package for you.
