International Returns
Twelve South's International return policy provides a full refund for any reason for products purchased from twelvesouth.com within the last 30 days.
For standard returns (non-defective products), the customer is responsible for return shipping. A label will be provided by Twelve South and cost will be deducted from customer’s refund.
All defective items qualify for free return shipping, in addition to the full product refund.

International Warranty Exchanges
Twelve South's warranty exchange policy includes shipping a replacement to you if there's a qualified defect, and covering all related expenses, such as shipping and import fees.
In such cases, you do not need to return the original product, and you will receive an order confirmation email followed by a tracking number.

If the carrier mistakenly asks you to pay import fees, please inform us immediately as we will correct their mistake. Unfortunately, we can not reimburse import fees that have been paid directly by you.
