How does the warranty and returns process work for international customers?Updated 13 days ago
For international customers, the warranty and returns process includes shipping a replacement to you if there's a qualified defect, and covering all related expenses, such as shipping and import fees. In such cases, you do not need to return the original product, and you will receive an order confirmation email followed by a tracking number. If the carrier mistakenly asks you to pay import fees, please inform us immediately as we will correct their mistake. Unfortunately, we can not reimburse import fees that have been paid directly by you.
