Due to our fast processing times, we’re unable to update billing information once an order has been submitted. However, if you need to make changes, you can request to cancel the current order and place a new one with the correct billing details.
To request a cancellation, simply click here to complete a few quick questions and access the return instructions. Once the returned item(s) reach our warehouse, we’ll automatically issue a refund to your original payment method.
