Yes, The Micro Tote includes two carry options: 

• O-ring clip— attaches directly to a bag strap, belt loop, or carabiner
• Adjustable nylon lanyard— included in the box, adjustable from 65–120cm (25.6"–47.2") for neck or crossbody wear

Both options are built into the bag design and do not require additional accessories.
