Yes - with a MagSafe-compatible case. 

Notably, all Apple-branded cases are equipped with MagSafe compatibility. Many 3rd party cases are MagSafe compatible as well. If you are not sure about your case, it’s best to consult with your case manufacturer to confirm compatibility.

(Starting with the iPhone 12, all iPhones have integrated MagSafe charging capabilities, except for the iPhone SE. While the iPhone SE supports wireless charging on the back of HiRise 3 Deluxe, it is not MagSafe compatible.)
