Are the import fees (VATs, duties, and brokerage fees) included in the shipping fee?Updated a year ago

In the case of orders shipping outside the US, the cost of shipping is paid when the order is submitted, however, the customer is responsible for paying the import fees - including duties, VATs, and brokerage fees - charged by Customs in the destination country and the carrier (DHL or FedEx) either prior to or at the time of delivery.

* United Kingdom customers please note:  For orders shipping to the UK, import fees are paid upfront during checkout.  There will be no further payment due for delivery in the UK.
