Will the 12.9-inch iPad Pro, gen-1 or gen-2, fit in the BookBook Cover for iPad + Keyboard?

No.  The first and second generations of iPad Pro 12.9-inch are larger than the subsequent versions and will not fit inside the BookBook Cover.
