No.  Our warranty only extends to the original owner, beginning on the day of purchase, and only to non-clearance products purchased from our website or an authorized reseller. Products purchased from any auction, warehouse, or discount site do not carry the Twelve South warranty.

So, if you purchased a product on eBay (even if the seller is Twelve South), Amazon Warehouse Deals, or at a yard sale, it does not have a Twelve South warranty, even if it was sold to you as 'New'.  

From Amazon.com, the SELLER must be listed as Twelve South, Amazon, or one of our other authorized resellers.  Other sellers may be selling used or counterfeit products, and in any case, will not be covered by the warranty, no matter what claims are made by the seller regarding authenticity or condition.
