Refunds are generally issued within 2 to 5 business days of the return being received at our warehouse.

All refunds are issued through the original form of payment. Once we issue the refund, the funds are transferred from our account to your bank.  It is then up to them to post the refund to your account, and it is not uncommon for banks to take up to 5 business days to post refunds to the credit card. If your refund is not reflected on your account within 5 business days of the refund, please call the telephone number on the back of your credit card to ask the bank about the delay.

If the original form of payment is no longer available for refunds, an eGift Card to be used for a future purchase from twelvesouth.com will be issued.
