Other than the initial order confirmation that is emailed when the pre-order is submitted, an email will not be sent notifying you prior to the Pre-Order being shipped. When an item becomes available for shipping, the pre-order will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible. An automatic email will provide you with the tracking information for the order once it has been shipped.
Please note that once the warehouse starts to process the order, we will not be able to cancel it or change the address. Consequently, if you need to cancel a pre-order or change the delivery address, please email us at support@twelvesouth.com as soon as possible and provide us with your order number and the details of your request.
