Here are a few things that can cause ordering problems, and suggestions for how to overcome them:
1. Using auto-fill can cause addresses to be rejected. Please type in the address and telephone number by hand instead of using the auto-fill.
2. Spaces or symbols (parentheses, periods, et cetera) in the telephone number can cause problems. Please enter the telephone number without any spaces or symbols.
3. Using auto-fill can cause the credit card to be rejected. Please type in the credit card number by hand instead.
4. Incorrect information (or information previously entered with auto-fill) can get "stuck" in a browser. Please switch browsers and try again.
