Once an order has been submitted, we are not able to make changes to the items in the order. You will need to cancel your order and place a new one.
For the best chance of successfully canceling your order, please contact us at support@twelvesouth.com as quickly as possible. We will do our best to assist you, however, immediately after receiving your order, we go to work to process and ship it, thus are not able to guarantee an order cancelation no matter how quickly the request is received. If we are unable to cancel your order, you will need to request a Return Authorization (click here) to arrange for the return of the item after delivery.
If your order is on its way to an address outside the US, we will not be able to intercept the package once it is in transit. If you refuse delivery of the shipment for any reason, no refund will be possible. Our international shipping policy can be found here.
