To request a return, please go to our Returns Portal and begin by entering your Twelve South order number and zip code to find your order. To ensure prompt and proper handling, please use the prepaid label included with your return confirmation.
Returns for a refund are accepted for 30 days from the date of purchase as long as the product has not been used, contains all accessories and manuals, and is in its original packaging.
Returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense. If the customer chooses to use his own label, we highly recommend a method that provides a tracking number. If there were to be a problem with delivery, we would be unable to assist or issue a refund unless the customer can provide us with a tracking number that shows that the package was successfully delivered to our warehouse.
