We are not able to make any changes to the items in an order once it has been submitted. If a change is needed, please contact us at support@twelvesouth.com as quickly as possible and we will do our best to help you cancel the order. Please note that we begin processing orders very quickly, so we are not able to guarantee a cancelation at any time after the order has been submitted no matter how quickly you send your request.
If your order is on its way to an address outside the U.S., we will not be able to intercept the package once it is in transit. If you refuse delivery of the shipment for any reason, no refund will be possible. Our international shipping policy can be found here.
