My AirFly is paired but it’s not transmitting audio. How do I fix this?Updated 2 months ago

When the AirFly doesn't appear to transmit audio, it is often because the headphones are already connected to another device. To resolve this:

1. Turn off Bluetooth for all nearby devices to which the headphones have ever been paired - including your phone. 

2. Reset the AirFly by holding the side button down for 5-10 seconds (for AirFly Pro, make sure it is on Transmit "TX" mode). Once successfully reset, the AirFly light will flash Amber and white.

3. Reset your headphones.

4. Re-pair headphones to AirFly.
