How do I exchange a product for something different?

If you need a different product than the one you ordered, please email us your Twelve South order number and request for a Return Authorization to support@twelvesouth.com.  We will send you instructions for returning the original item for a refund, along with a prepaid return label.*  You may then purchase the new product at your convenience.

*PLEASE NOTE that the cost the return label will be deducted from your refund. If the item is shipped back without using the label we provide, we cannot guarantee proper processing of the return, or your refund / replacement, nor will we be able to assist with a missing package.
