What will happen to my pre-order if my credit card is declined?

If your credit card transaction is declined for any reason, your pre-order will be canceled, and we will send you an email letting you know that this has happened.  

You will be able to place a new order at that time unless we go out of stock again before the new order is submitted. In this case, if we expect more stock imminently, you will usually be given the opportunity to place a new pre-order. If the additional stock is not expected for two weeks or more, you will usually be given the opportunity to sign up again to be notified when you can place a new pre-order.

Please note that if your credit card is declined, it is strictly a result of the credit card issuer declining the charge.  Any inquiries regarding why they declined the charge should be directed to them using the telephone number on the back of your credit card.  If you still wish to purchase the product, you will need to place a new order as soon as the product is available for purchase.
