How do I return or exchange a Twelve South product?

Returns for a refund or alternate product are accepted for 30 days from the date of purchase as long as the product was purchased directly from Twelve South and is in new condition, contains all accessories and manuals, and is in its original packaging. 
 
Returns must arrive at our warehouse with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and the name of the customer on the outside of the box.  Please email us at support@twelvesouth.com to obtain the RMA number, return address and instructions.   
 
Returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense and must be shipped via a method that provides a tracking number.  If there is a problem with delivery, we will be unable to assist, issue a refund, or ship a replacement product unless the customer can provide us with a tracking number that shows that the return was successfully delivered to our warehouse.
