How do I request a Return Authorization for a Refund?

To obtain a Return Authorization and instructions, please email us at with your order number and the reason for the return.  To ensure prompt and proper handling, all returns must arrive at our warehouse with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and the name of the customer on the outside of the box.  

Returns for a refund are accepted for 30 days from the date of purchase as long as the product has not been used, contains all accessories and manuals, and is in its original packaging. 
Returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense and must be shipped via a method that provides a tracking number.  If there is a problem with delivery, we will be unable to assist or issue a refund unless the customer can provide us with a tracking number that shows that the package was successfully delivered to our warehouse.
