Can I refuse my order at the time of delivery for a full refund?

Last Updated: Jun 29, 2018 09:50AM EDT

No.  If you refuse your shipment at the time of delivery, the cost of shipping (including the initial shipping costs, if any, PLUS the return shipping costs) will be deducted from the refund you receive when the carrier delivers it back to our warehouse.

Please note that return shipping fees are often higher than the initial shipping fees because the carriers do not apply company discounted prices to returns.

POLICY:  All returns must be shipped back at the customer's expense to Twelve South with a Return Authorization number provided by Customer Support (support@twelvesouth.com). We strongly recommend shipping the product back with a shipping service that provides a tracking number.  If your return is lost in shipping and a tracking number cannot be provided showing proof of delivery to our warehouse, Twelve South will not be able to issue a refund or send a replacement item.  In this situation, you will need to file a claim with the carrier for reimbursement.
