Will I have to pay shipping twice if I’m ordering more than one item, but one of the items is not currently available to ship?

The item shipping immediately and the pre-ordered item will be shipped to the same address via the same shipping method, but you will not be charged a shipping fee for the second shipment.  So if you choose a paid shipping method (FedEx Ground, FedEx 2nd Day Air, FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx International, DHL), you will only be charged for shipping once.
INTERNATIONAL (non-US) CUSTOMERS, PLEASE NOTE:  Orders shipping outside the US are subject to taxes, duties, and brokerage fees levied by Customs and the carriers in the country into which the package is being imported.  These fees are due before or at the time of delivery, and are not covered by the shipping fee paid when the order is placed.  In the case of two packages (that is, two items shipping at two different times), you will be responsible for paying these import fees on EACH package separately.
