How long can my order stay in pre-order status?

We will keep your pre-order no longer than 30 days. 
 
We begin taking pre-orders when products have been shipped and are on their way to us from our factory.  If delivery to our warehouse is delayed beyond 30-days from the date of the order (for example, by inclement weather, Customs clearance issues, or products being damaged in shipping), the pre-order will be canceled.  If this happens, you will receive an email letting you know and, in most cases, will be given the opportunity to sign up for notification when the item is again available for order or pre-order.
