When will my pre-ordered item ship?

As soon as our warehouse receives and inspects the items from our factory and deems them “ready to ship”, we will charge your credit card, then ship the item within one business day.
 
Only in the rarest of unforeseen and unavoidable situations, such as shipping delays due to inclement weather, Customs clearance issues, or products being damaged in shipping, will order fulfillment take more than 3 weeks after the pre-order is taken.
