May I cancel a pre-order?

Up until the day before your credit card is charged (which is within 1 business day of shipping), you may cancel it by logging into your User Account. 

However, once your credit card has been charged, you will not be able to cancel the pre-order.  If you'd like to return the item for a refund after you receive it, please contact Customer Support (click here) for a Return Authorization.

Please note:  You won't see a refund on your credit card if you cancel your pre-order because, if you're able to cancel it, it means that the credit card hasn't been charged yet.
