Does Twelve South accept unsolicited product ideas?

Twelve South, LLC, including any and all of its employees or agents, does not accept the submission of unsolicited ideas, including, but not limited to, ideas for new product development, product enhancement, product names, or product packaging  This restriction is in place for the purpose of avoiding any potential confusion or dispute surrounding any new product development, product enhancement, product name, product packaging, or other works that Twelve South may engage in which may be similar to any unsolicited idea submitted to Twelve South by you or another member of the general public. 
Twelve South asks that unsolicited ideas not be submitted to Twelve South in any manner.  In light of the above, if you choose to submit ideas to Twelve South, LLC, you hereby agree, despite any assertion or reservation in your submission stating otherwise, to the following terms:
  • Twelve South, LLC does not have any obligation to review any idea or submission submitted to it in any manner;
  • Twelve South, LLC does not have any obligation under any circumstances to credit, acknowledge, or compensate any individual or entity for any idea submitted to Twelve South, LLC;
  • Any and all ideas contained in any submission shall automatically become the sole property of Twelve South, LLC; and
  • Twelve South, LLC shall have the right to use the contents of any submission in any manner it sees fit and shall have no duty to keep the contents of any submission confidential.
If you willfully choose to make a submission to Twelve South, LLC, you agree to the terms above and waive any and all rights to any claim of ownership, compensation, or acknowledgment by Twelve South, LLC for the contents of any submission.
