Can I get a replacement if not purchased from an authorized reseller?

For a product to carry the Twelve South one-year warranty, it must be purchased either directly from Twelve South or from one of our authorized resellers.  A dated receipt from an authorized reseller is required for warranty claims, and no warranty request will be granted for any product purchased elsewhere or for which a receipt from an authorized reseller cannot be provided. We're very sorry, but no exceptions will be made to this requirement under any circumstances.
