Under what circumstances will Twelve South cross-ship my replacement?

If all three of the following criteria are met, you will have the option to have your replacement shipped right out to you with a prepaid label to use to return the defective unit:  

1. The product was purchased directly from Twelve South AND
2. We are notified of a defect within 30 days of purchase AND 
3. The warranty request comes from the person who originally placed the order (i.e. whose credit card was used to make the purchase)

PLEASE NOTE:  The defective product must be returned to Twelve South within 14 days.  If we do not receive your return and the tracking number for the prepaid label does not provide verification that the defective unit has been shipped, we will place a charge on your credit card for the replacement unit.  This charge may be refunded when the defective unit is delivered to our warehouse as long as it arrives within 7 days of the charge.  After this time, no refund will be possible.  

If the request comes within 30 days of purchase from someone other than the person who originally placed the order and the item was purchased from Twelve South.com, we’ll email a prepaid label to use to return the defective unit. Once received, we will ship the replacement.

If your product was purchased from another retailer within 30 days prior to the warranty claim, the product must be returned to the reseller from whom it was purchased.
