When will Twelve South pay for shipping, and when will it be my responsibility?

If a product arrives defective or damaged and you tell us about the problem within 30 days of purchase, we’ll pay for shipping both directions. If you tell us about a problem after 30 days of purchase - no matter when the failure arose – you’ll be responsible for returning it to us, prepaid, prior to the replacement being shipped. We’ll pay for shipping the replacement back to you UNLESS you are requesting the replacement be shipped to a country outside the US where it was not originally shipped or purchased.
