My warranty has expired, but the product broke while still under warranty. May I still make a warranty claim?

We believe in our products and want to provide you with a replacement, if needed, but we need to know about the issue while the product is still under warranty no matter when the failure occurred. So if you see a problem with your Twelve South product, please don't wait to let us know because once the warranty period has expired, we will not be able to provide you with a warranty replacement.
