Why is my order being declined?

Hmmm…we’ll need a little more information to answer this question, but here are a few things that can cause ordering problems, and suggestions of how to overcome them:

1. Using auto-fill can cause addresses to be rejected - type in the address and telephone number by hand instead of using the auto-fill.

2..  Spaces or symbols (parentheses, periods, et cetera) in the telephone number can cause problems - enter the telephone number without any spaces or symbols.

3.  Using auto-fill can cause the credit card to be rejected - type in the credit card number by hand instead.

4. Bad information (or information previously entered with auto-fill) can get "stuck" in a browser - switch browsers and try again.
