What is your return policy?

Twelve South has a 30-day return policy. If you purchase a product directly from our website and you want to return it within 30 days of purchase, you may contact us at for a Return Authorization (RMA).  You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping.  Please note that the product must be in new condition with all packaging, accessories, and manuals for a refund.  If it has been used or damaged, a refund will not be provided.

Twelve South does not offer a refund for any shipping paid on the original order, no matter the reason for the return.

All returns should be shipped back to us with tracking so that we are able to assist you in the case of delivery problems.  
After 30 days, we will replace any defective product with a new one for up to one year from the date of purchase.  

A Twelve South product purchased from anywhere but must be returned to the retailer from whom it was purchased in accordance with their individual return policies.
