What to do if I received the wrong product or missing an item?

If our warehouse mistakenly shipped you the incorrect product or failed to ship an item you ordered (we're so sorry about this!), please email us at support@twelvesouth.com for instructions.

Policy:
 
The correct or missing item will be shipped by the end of the next business day following notification using the quickest shipping method available. In the case of an incorrect item, a prepaid label will be included with the new shipment to be used to return the incorrect product to Twelve South at no cost to the customer.
