What should I do if I received a different item from what I ordered, or am missing an item?

Policy:
 
The correct or missing item will be shipped by the end of the next business day following notification using the quickest shipping method available. In the case of an incorrect item, a prepaid label will be included with the new shipment to be used to return the incorrect product to Twelve South at no cost to you.
