How do I request a warranty replacement?

All Twelve South products have a limited one-year warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials for items purchased from an authorized reseller.  Please note that a dated receipt from an authorized reseller is required for warranty claims on items purchased anywhere but Twelve South.com. 
 
If a receipt from an authorized reseller, dated within the last year, cannot be provided, the warranty replacement will not be granted.  We're very sorry, but there will be no exceptions to this requirement.
 
If you would like to request a warranty replacement, please email us at support@twelvesouth.com and provide a picture of the defect, a description of how the damage occurred, your Twelve South Order number or the dated receipt from an authorized reseller, and your current address and telephone number.
