What do I do if my tracking number doesn't work?

Tracking numbers are not active until the package has been picked up from our warehouse and scanned into the carrier’s system.  This means that packages generally cannot be tracked for 12  to 24 hours after being shipped. If you attempt to track your shipment after this time and find you are unable to do so, please Contact Us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
