When will I receive my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are emailed in the evening on the day they are shipped.  Orders submitted prior to 2PM Eastern Time on business days will generally ship the same day.  Orders submitted after 2PM Eastern Time on business days, on weekends, and on US holidays will ship the following business day NO MATTER WHICH SHIPPING METHOD IS SELECTED.
 
Please note:  it may take up to 24 hours after a package is shipped for the tracking number to be active on the carrier's website.

If you have not received your tracking number in the expected time, or you are unable to track your package 24 hours after the tracking number was received, please Contact Us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
