May I change the items in my order?

We are not able to make any changes to the items ordered once the order has been submitted.  However, you may cancel your order by logging into your User Account.  If you don't have a user account, please contact us (support@twelvesouth.comwithin 20 minutes of the order being submitted, and we will do our best to assist you with the cancelation of the order.  Please note that we ship very quickly so we are not able to guarantee a cancelation at any time after the order has been received unless it is done automatically through your User Account.  After 20 minutes from the submission of the order, no cancelations will be possible.
If your order is on its way to an address outside the US, we will not be able to intercept the package once it is in transit.  If you refuse delivery of the shipment for any reason, no refund will be possible.  Our international shipping policy can be found here
