May I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of being submitted by logging into your User Account. (Please note:  if your order contained both in-stock and pre-ordered items and you'd like to cancel the in-stock item, please contact Customer Support for assistance with the order cancelation).

If you don't have a User Account, please contact us (support@twelvesouth.com) within 20 minutes of the order being submitted, and we will do our best to assist you with the cancellation of an order.  Please note, however, that we ship very quickly so we are not able to guarantee a cancelation at any time after the order has been received unless it is done automatically through a User Account.  After 30 minutes from the submission of the order, no cancelations will be possible.
  
If we are unable to cancel your order, you will need to contact us for a Return Authorization to arrange for the return of the item after delivery. 
 
If your order is on its way to an address outside the US, we will not be able to intercept the package once it is in transit.  If you refuse delivery of the shipment for any reason, no refund will be possible.  Our international shipping policy can be found here
