My bank statement shows two (or more) charges to my credit card, but I only placed one order. What happened and how do I fix it?
If you had to try two or more times to place a single order before you were successful, you may see multiple charges to your credit card. In this situation, the first (declined) ‘charges’ are not actually charges, but are rather a hold placed on those funds by your bank. If you keep checking your credit card activity, you'll find these fall off automatically within a few days (1 to 5 business days is typical).
If the duplicate entries continue to show up 10 business days after the order was placed, please contact the card issuer using the telephone number on the back of your credit card.
