I got an email telling me that my refund was issued but it still hasn’t shown up on my credit card account. When can I expect my refund to post to my account?
All charges and refunds to your credit card are handled by a secure, third party intermediary (Authorize.net). When your refund is issued, an email is automatically generated and sent to you alerting you to the transaction.
All refunds are issued through the original credit card on which the purchase was charged. Once the refund is issued, the funds are transferred from our account to your bank. It is then up to the bank to post the refund to your account. It is not uncommon for banks to take up to 10 business days to post refunds to the credit card and, in our experience, the time it takes is not consistent between or within companies.
If your refund is not reflected on your credit card statement 10 business days after we issued the refund, please contact your credit card issuer using the telephone number on the back of your credit card to inquire about the delay.
