May I change the address for my order?

If you contact us within 15 minutes of the order being submitted, we will do our best to assist you with an address correction, however we ship very quickly so we are not able to guarantee an address change.  After 15 minutes from the submission of the order, no changes to the order - including the address - will be possible, nor will we be able to cancel or redirect it for you.

If your order is already on its way to an address OUTSIDE the US: We will not be able to correct the address for you.  Please track your package on, or and after the first unsuccessful delivery attempt, contact the carrier in your country to provide them with the correct address.
